awkward, not comfortable, doesn't deliver

Hey, I sent you guys two emails when upon delivery of my 4 part bundle, one of the items would not charge. Why doesn't the company contact me? I am about to put a hold on my credit card as this is not a working unit and I need it replaced. please contact me if you see this as you haven't see the other 2 messages I left.

Disappointing by all accounts. I’ve owned quite a variety of great vibrators over the years. I had never purchased from this company before and thought I would give it a try. This thing is small, and very oddly shaped, especially the rabbit ears part. Do they know anything about female anatomy? Doesn’t seem likely. Also, the variety of vibration absolutely does not get the job done properly. Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed with this company, as I was told when I wrote to them about my customer experience. Keep that in mind if you’re considering purchasing this rather expensive piece of garbage.
