I did. No result. Now I have to pay big and pay big shipping too. I feel raped, rather than screwed nicely.

Charger type is incorrect and no one can help find the correct one. Have now spent 40 dollars on 2 incorrect chargers.
Apparently every toy has a different charger, there's no consistency.
If you lose your charger, don't waste your money trying to find a replacement.
